在《装饰工程预决算》这门发展迅速的综合性课程教学中,多数院校都存在教学与行业发展脱节的问题。在深入学习了08清单计价规范后,本文结合教学实践和下厂实践投标报价的经验,从行业发展的现状出发,以市场需求和企业职业能力需求为主体,提出对课程的教学内容、教学方法、课程设计和考核办法的改革及实践思路,为提高本课程及其它类似课程的教学应用水平提供参考。
