图书馆是我国传播文化知识,宣扬思想道德教育的主要场所,也是为人们提供各种书籍资料的主要信息来源,做好图书馆的管理工作对于促进社会主义文明建设发展有着重要意义。现本文主要探讨了在图书馆的管理中如何充分应用“以人为本”的管理理念。文章主要是从图书馆管理的对象、职能、手段和制度等四个方面来探讨这一问题的,希望能够为相关人士提供一些参考。
Library is the main place where our country disseminates cultural knowledge and promotes ideological and moral education. It is also the main source of information for people to provide various kinds of books and materials. To do a good job of library management is of great significance to promoting the development of socialist civilization. This article mainly discusses how to fully apply “people-oriented” management philosophy in the management of the library. This article mainly discusses this issue from the four aspects of the object, function, means and system of library management, hoping to provide some reference for the related parties.
