用VDT脉冲磁场、磁通密度峰值40μT和4μT(时间导数3.3T/s和0.33T/s)对怀孕小鼠整个孕期进行辐射,每天5小时,每周6天。结果得出:与假辐射组比较,高强度组仔鼠下丘脑琥珀酸脱氢酶活性显著下降(P<0.01),但低强度组的下降无显著性(P>0.05)。
Pregnant mice were irradiated with VDT pulsed magnetic fields, peak magnetic flux densities of 40 μT and 4 μT (time derivatives of 3.3 T / s and 0.33 T / s) for 5 hours per day and 6 days per week. The results showed that the activity of succinate dehydrogenase in hypothalamus of offspring rats was significantly decreased (P <0.01) compared with sham radiation group, but there was no significant difference in low intensity group (P> 0.05).
