大豆曲茎材料PI227224在南京分期播种及杂交试验的结果表明:曲茎性状受不同播期的光温条件影响,夏播下曲茎表现程度高于春秋播;曲茎与矮秆各受一对隐性基因控制,曲茎和矮秆之间存在连锁关系,用极大似然法估算的重组值r为9.23±1.22%。
