首先在材料方面仔细分析了支撑臂断裂原因,其次又在结构受力上分析了断裂的另一种原因。然后再综合两种因素,深入分析最后得出结论:由于支撑臂的本身材料因素和卡具的结构问题,使支撑臂长时间的受力过大致使支撑臂在本身缺陷处断裂。为此根据锯床的性能在原有的基础上着重的设计分析卡具的结构,大大减小了卡具对支撑臂的受力,选材上提高要求,增强支撑臂的使用寿命。
First, the reasons for the fracture of the support arm were carefully analyzed in terms of materials. Secondly, another reason for the fracture was analyzed on the structural force. And then combined two factors, in-depth analysis of the final conclusion: due to the support arm of the material factors and the structural problems of the fixture, the support arm for a long time the force is too broad to make the support arm rupture at its own defects. Therefore, according to the performance of the sawing machine, the structure of the clamp is emphasized on the basis of the original design, greatly reducing the force of the clamp on the support arm, increasing the requirements on the material selection and enhancing the service life of the support arm.
