目的了解2005-2016年河南省戊型肝炎(戊肝)的流行病学特征。方法采集2005-2016年《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中报告的戊肝病例数据,分析其时间、地区、职业和报告医院等分布特征,综合分析12年来河南省戊肝报告病例的特点。结果 2005-2016年河南省累计报告戊肝病例6 211例,死亡病例1例,年均发病率为0.56/10万,45~50岁报告病例数最多,为801例。30~60岁人群共计报告4 682例,占总报告数的75.38%。农民占报告病例的57.87%。男性报告病例数高于女性,男女性别比为2.87∶1。戊肝在河南省各县市区的发病情况不一,报告病例数和发病率最高的是郑州市区,年均发病率为1.17/10万,最低的是开封市区,年均发病率为0.18/10万。全省共计有370家医院报告戊肝病例,其中2.7%(10/370)的医院报告了43.54%(2 704/6 211)的病例。结论 2005-2016年河南省戊肝报告病例具有性别分布特征、城乡分布特征和职业分布特征。各医院累计报告病例数差别较大。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis E (hepatitis E) from 2005 to 2016 in Henan Province. Methods The data of hepatitis E cases reported in “China Disease Prevention and Control Information System” from 2005 to 2016 were collected, and their distribution characteristics of time, region, occupational and reporting hospitals were analyzed. The characteristics of reported hepatitis E cases in Henan Province in 12 years were analyzed comprehensively. Results A total of 6 211 hepatitis E cases and 1 death cases were reported in Henan Province during 2005-2016. The average annual incidence was 0.56 / 100 000, and the highest reported cases were 45 to 50 years old in 801 cases. A total of 4 682 cases of people aged 30-60 years were reported, accounting for 75.38% of the total reported. Farmers accounted for 57.87% of the reported cases. Men reported more cases than women, with a sex ratio of 2.87: 1. The incidence of hepatitis E in counties and districts in Henan Province varied. The highest reported cases and incidence rates were in urban area of Zhengzhou with an annual average incidence of 1.17 / lakh and the lowest was Kaifeng urban area with an average annual incidence of 0.18 / 100,000. A total of 370 hospitals in the province reported hepatitis E cases, of which 43.54% (2 704/6 211) reported 2.7% (10/370) of the hospitals. Conclusion The reported cases of hepatitis E in Henan province from 2005 to 2016 have sex distribution characteristics, urban-rural distribution characteristics and occupational distribution characteristics. The cumulative number of cases reported by hospitals varies greatly.
