盐酸麻黄碱是重要的拟肾上腺素药,是广泛应用于松驰支气管平滑肌、收缩血管和兴奋大脑皮层的常备药物。它与其他中西药配的复方制剂种类繁多,多数采用凯氏定氮法和沉淀法等控制质量,前者因其他成分中含有微量氮而使结果偏高;其他方法的结果也不理想,且操作均较烦琐。本实验用自制的盐酸麻黄碱选择性膜电极以标准曲线法进行测定,取得较好的结果。本方法不受处方中其他中药成份的干扰。且可不经分离、蒸溜等步骤直接测定。结果比凯氏定氮法准确,可用于测定复方制剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。

In this experiment, homemade self-made ephedrine hydrochloride membrane electrode was measured by standard curve method, and achieved good results. Results Kjeldahl method accurate, can be used for determination of compound preparations of ephedrine hydrochloride content.
