目的:了解蛞蝓提取物对肺癌细胞P53、端粒酶基因hTERT表达的影响。方法:体外培养肺癌细胞株,用免疫组化SP法进行检测。结果:蛞蝓提取物可抑制肺癌A549细胞端粒酶基因hTERT表达,并改变突变型P53表达。结论:蛞蝓提取物对肺癌细胞的抑制作用有可能是通过抑制突变型P53及端粒酶基因hTERT表达而实现的。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of extract of emu on the expression of telomerase gene hTERT in P53 lung cancer cells. Methods: Lung cancer cell lines were cultured in vitro and detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The extract of Scutellaria barbata could inhibit the telomerase gene hTERT expression in lung cancer A549 cells and change the expression of mutant P53. CONCLUSION: The inhibitory effect of extract from Scutellaria barbata on lung cancer cells may be achieved by inhibiting the expression of mutant P53 and telomerase gene hTERT.
