采用定量组织化学分析技术观察了CBA和C57BL,小鼠耳蜗Corti器中琥珀酸脱氢酶活性的变化.并从对照实验中证实了Corit器非特异性脱氢反应的存在。这种反应产物可能与各种脱氨酶有关,同时反映了细胞中的能量供应状况。18月龄和36月龄小鼠内外毛细胞中的脱氢酶活性比6周龄正常小鼠明显降低,说明脱氨酶活性在自然老化过程中确有所减弱,提示伴有能量供应的减少。然而6周龄C57BL小鼠毛细胞中的脱氢酶活性比幼年和老年CBA小鼠低得多,提示Corti器的能量代谢障碍在这两种小鼠有所不同。
The changes of succinate dehydrogenase activity in cochlear Corti of CBA and C57BL mice were observed by quantitative histochemical analysis. And from the control experiment confirmed Corit non-specific dehydrogenation reaction. This reaction product may be associated with various deaminases, and at the same time reflects the energy supply in the cell. Dehydrogenase activity in the hair cells of 18 and 36 month old mice was significantly lower than that of 6 week old mice, indicating that deaminase activity was indeed weakened during natural aging, suggesting a decrease of energy supply . However, the dehydrogenase activity in the hair cells of 6-week-old C57BL mice was much lower than that of young and old CBA mice, suggesting that the energy metabolism disorder of the Corti device is different in both mice.
