2010.4.14青海玉树大地震以来,使得灾区泥石流灾害有加重的可能。泥石流发生速度快、破坏力大,常带给人类的生命财产造成巨大经济损失,特别是近年来地质灾害频发,泥石流造成路桥垮塌、阻塞的情况较严重,泥石流造成人财物巨大损失的灾害情况时有发生。
