目的探讨中西医结合治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法将84例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规西医治疗方案,观察在此基础上配合中医消疣汤,日一剂,一月为一疗程,对两组疗效进行评价。结果观察组共痊愈39例(90.4%),有效2例(4.8%),无效1例(4.8%);对照组痊愈29例(69.1%),有效10例(23.8%),无效3例。两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中医药方配合西医治疗尖锐湿疣疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods Eighty-four patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. On the basis of this, we cooperated traditional Chinese medicine wuxia decoction with daily one, and treated as a course in January. The curative effect was evaluated. Results The observation group was cured in 39 cases (90.4%), effective in 2 cases (4.8%) and ineffective in 1 case (4.8%). The control group recovered in 29 cases (69.1%), effective in 10 cases (23.8%) and ineffective in 3 cases. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Self-made traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine treatment of genital warts significant effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
