磷化铝是粮仓熏蒸杀虫剂。急性中毒临床较少见,我院1987年9月收治4例,报告如下 [中毒经过]驻地某粮库4名电工某日因有效防护进入放有用磷化铝片剂的粮仓内维修电路,其中3人在距地面4.5米的空中,1人在地面作业。约1h后,地面上的1人觉头晕、头痛、恶心、双下肢发抖,2h后空中3人也出现类似症状即送入我院。4例病人均为呼吸
Aluminum phosphide is granary fumigation insecticide. Acute poisoning clinical less common in our hospital in September 1987 admitted to 4 cases, the report is as follows [poisoning after] resident of a grain depot 4 electrician one day due to effective protection into the granary equipped with aluminum phosphide tablets within the maintenance circuit, which 3 people in the air 4.5 meters away from the ground, 1 person working on the ground. About 1h later, one person on the ground felt dizzy, a headache, a nausea, and both lower extremities trembled. After 3 hours, 3 people in the air also showed symptoms similar to those sent to our hospital. All 4 patients were breathing
