近年来,我院收治老年人下呼吸道感染105例,现总结分析如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 105例中,男68例,女37例,年龄60～85岁。发病诱因:受凉及上呼吸道感染88例,劳累6例,诱因不明者11例。1.2 临床表现起病隐袭,症状不典型。发热、寒战15例,肌肉酸痛31例,咳嗽咳痰103例,胸闷、呼吸困难69例,精神萎糜28例,意识障碍4例,胃肠道
In recent years, our hospital admitted to the elderly 105 cases of lower respiratory tract infection, are summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 105 cases, 68 males and 37 females, aged 60 to 85 years.
