由于可溶性钾资源严重不足,我国钾肥生产仅能满足最低需求的50%左右,如果能够开发我国丰富的难溶性钾资源,将有力保障粮食安全。本文对氟硅酸低温循环法处理钾矿石生产硫酸铵钾进行试验设计,并通过响应面法优化提取工艺参数。利用JMP软件对试验数据进行模型拟合和回归分析,确定最优工艺参数为反应温度135.4℃、氟硅酸与钾矿石的比例为3.77:1、反应时间134min;此条件下钾离子收率为99.61%。
As a serious shortage of soluble potassium resources, China’s potash production can only meet the minimum needs of about 50%, if we can develop China’s rich and insoluble potassium resources, will effectively guarantee food security. In this paper, fluorosilicic acid was treated by potassium hypochlorite to produce potassium ammonium sulfate by low temperature cycle method, and the process parameters were optimized by response surface methodology. Using JMP software, the model fitting and regression analysis of the experimental data were carried out to determine the optimal process parameters for the reaction temperature of 135.4 ℃, the ratio of fluosilicic acid to potassium ore was 3.77: 1, the reaction time was 134min; under this condition potassium yield was 99.61%.
