小商业场所的消防安全疏散存在这多种模棱两可的说法,很多地方是参考120㎡的,但是一些地方标准,是按200㎡考虑的,可能是仅仅考虑本地区的一些火灾案例和特点单一等因素制定的相关标准,加之小商业场所的经营性质复杂多样,涉及人群范围广泛,极易造成群死群伤的恶性火灾事故。
There are many ambiguities in the fire safety evacuation of small commercial establishments. Many places refer to 120 ㎡. However, some local standards are considered at 200 ㎡, and may only consider some fire cases and characteristics in this area. Relevant standards formulated, combined with the complex and diversified nature of small commercial establishments, involve a wide range of people and can easily lead to vicious fires that cause death and mass death.
