思想政治工作关系到改革的成败,也直接关系到团场的社会稳定和发展。现实工作中,我们的思想政治工作还存在不少薄弱环节,往往只重视事后的惩治和疏导,而忽视思想政治工作的防范、教育和引导作用,集中表现为思想政治工作相对经济工作的滞后。下面笔者就解决这一问题,做好职工的思想政治工作谈几点认识。
