一、熔融尿素泵装置及其流量调节方法 (一)熔融尿素泵的装置情况和使用条件熔融尿素泵是化肥厂尿素生产车间一台重要的工艺流程泵。泵装置情况如图1所示。在生产过程中,熔融尿素液从二段蒸发分离器进入泵的吸入管路,通过熔融尿素泵输送到造粒塔顶部,然后进入造粒器造成尿素成品。二段蒸发分离器中的压力P_1从生产工艺角度看,即为尿液的蒸汽压,工艺设计理论压力为25毫米汞柱绝对压力,实际生产中一般在25—60毫米汞柱绝压之间波动。
