“十二五”时期,省委、省政府积极主动适应新常态,有效克服经济下行压力,坚持稳中求进的总基调,5年风雨兼程,5年砥砺前行。省委、省政府保持战略定力,增强发展自信,应对复杂环境,战胜风险困难,把稳舵、破浪行,在我省经济发展史上留下了坚实而闪光的脚印,我省“十二五”精彩收官,奏响了吉林新一轮振兴发展的最强音。经济实力显著增强经济总量实现翻番。“十二五”时期,我省经济总量每年跨上一个新台阶。
