(1982)邮邮字488号《邮电部关于查询邮政业务档案问题的批复》曾规定,查阅邮政业务档案,“邮局不予签署意见和盖章证明”。后因开展打击经济领域犯罪活动以来,一些单位对上述规定感到不便,要求予以解决。为此,邮电部于同年7月28日又下达了邮邮字1161号通知,补充规定,邮局可在其查阅抄录的相关档案
(1982) Postal Code 488, “Reply of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications on Searching Archives for Postal Services” stipulated that the postal service archives should be inspected and that “the postal office shall not sign the opinions and seal certificates.” Afterwards, some units were inconvenienced by these provisions and demanded that they be resolved since they started criminal activities in the fight against economic activities.
