此生,我经历过两场影视产权“官司”:一场是为一部电影剧本的拍摄权,我所供职的上影厂被西影和峨影两厂告上北京电影总局,因为我是这部剧本的责编,作为被告方的全权代表,单枪匹马去北京“候审”。另一场是一家民营影视公司投拍了我所创作的一部长篇电视连续剧,只付了前期稿酬后却想赖掉余下的几十万元稿酬。我无计可施,只得求助于法律,把他们告上了法庭,充当了一回原告。在中院告赢后,他们又上诉高院,我再当被告。前者为公,后者于私,公私兼顾,五味俱全。如今,我重病缠身,余生已无几多,却愿把这两场官司记载下来,公之于众,供大家一起品味。
