患儿,女,2天,因持续心率缓慢由产科转入儿科,系足月顺产第二胎,出生时Apgar评分为9分,出生后即发现心率缓慢。其母于妊娠2个月时患系统性红斑狼疮(SLE),长期服强的松治疗。产前胎心率60次,疑为宫内窒息,给氧及静滴催产素分娩。体检:反应好,心率62次,律整,无杂音,两肺无罗音,肝脾未触及。ECGP波与QRS波无固定关系,各自有规律出现,心房率160次,心室率60次,心脏B超及X
