As a transcriptional regulator, NF-κB family of proteins is involved in the proliferation of cells and inhibits the apoptosis of cells. It has been proved that NF-κB is involved in the formation of many tumors and plays an important role in tumorigenesis. In recent years, it has been found that NF-κB is closely related to the malignancy, invasiveness and angiogenesis of gliomas, and the NF-κB pathway mediates the abnormal expression of tumor-related genes, thereby inhibiting glioma cell apoptosis and promoting glioma Vascular formation and metastasis, directly affect the occurrence and development of glioma, and reduce the activity of NF-κB in glioma may become a new direction for the treatment of glioma.
