介绍了3种提高沥青混合料模量的途径及它们的作用原理,即采用高模量改性沥青、矿物纤维加强和界面改性。通过测试试验段、对比段沥青混凝土芯样在40℃条件下的间接拉伸模量,对这几种高模量改性方法的效果进行了对比评价。结果表明采用高模量改性沥青、矿物纤维增强沥青或PR添加剂改性沥青均能明显提高沥青混合料的间接拉伸模量,从而改善沥青混凝土路面的抗车辙性能;相对而言,高模量改性沥青对混合料的模量提高效果最为显著,另外两种效果相当。
Three ways to improve the moduli of asphalt mixture and their working principle are introduced, that is, the use of high modulus modified asphalt, mineral fiber reinforcement and interface modification. Through the test section, the indirect tensile modulus of asphalt concrete core samples at 40 ℃ was compared, and the effects of these high modulus modification methods were compared and evaluated. The results show that using high modulus modified asphalt, mineral fiber reinforced asphalt or PR additive modified asphalt can significantly improve the indirect tensile modulus of asphalt mixture, thereby improving the anti-rutting performance of asphalt concrete pavement; relatively, high modulus The amount of modified asphalt on the modulus of the mixture to enhance the effect of the most significant, the other two results quite.
