本文首次报道了新型有机非线性光学晶体N-(4-硝基苯)-3-氨基-1-丙醇(APNP)的单晶生长和非线性光学性能研究。用溶液降温法在7.5%乙睛的苯溶液中生长出了块状的透明晶体。测定了APNP晶体的分子结构和晶体结构。该晶体的粉未倍频光强度约为KDP的40倍。
This paper reports the growth and nonlinear optical properties of single crystal of N- (4-nitrophenyl) -3-amino-1-propanol (APNP), a novel organic nonlinear optical crystal. A solution of the cooling method in 7.5% acetonitrile solution of benzene grew in bulk transparent crystal. The molecular structure and crystal structure of APNP crystal were determined. The power of this crystal is about 40 times that of KDP.
