储油洞库在军队油库储油设施中占有相当大的比例,一旦发生火灾爆炸事故,损失大,影响面广,扑救相当困难。因此,做好储油洞库消防安全工作,防止火灾爆炸事故的发生非常重要。分析储油洞库消防安全管理现状,主要存在四大隐患。 一是储油洞库内各储油罐的透气管以及各油罐间的通风管道相互连通,没有安全可靠的阻隔设备。如果其中一个油罐发生火灾爆炸事故,势必引起连锁的火灾爆炸事故,扩大事故范围,引发灾难性的后果,给储油洞库火灾扑救带来困难。
