中小企业系我国经济发展关键要素之一。随之其规模的日趋丰富及扩大,也渐渐暴露出文化管理上的不足。针对此,在阐述了中小企业文化创新的重要性、企业文化发展现状后,给出了中小企业文化创新的“制度及激励体制的创新、观念创新、领导方式创新及政府体制创新”等措施,为中小企业文化创新提供理论上的支持,实现提升中小企业文化创新水平的目的。
Small and medium-sized enterprises are one of the key elements of China’s economic development. Along with its increasingly rich and expanding its size, gradually exposed the cultural management deficiencies. In view of this, after expounding the importance of SMEs ’cultural innovation and the current situation of the development of SMEs, this paper gives some suggestions on SMEs’ cultural innovation system, such as system and incentive system innovation, concept innovation, leadership style innovation and government system innovation. Measures to provide theoretical support for SME cultural innovation and achieve the goal of upgrading the SME cultural innovation level.
