根据本文五个实验组的实验结果及结合复习有关的文献,我们提出了实验性内毒素性MSOF发病机理的新概念:它是由于机体细胞及亚细胞器水平发生了中毒性损害的结果。防治实验性内毒素性MSOF的新理论:它是“菌毒并治”。这个新理论的应用价值,得到了实验研究的证实。此外,还实验证实了神农33号中药静脉注射用针剂,有保护机体细胞免受毒素毒害的作用。
