5S管理法是现代企业管理模式中较为重要的一种,它利用整理(Seiri)、整顿(Seiton)、清扫(Seisou)、清洁(Seiketsu)、素养(Shitsuke)五种法则来对公司进行有效的管理,以达到安全(Safety)、销售(Sales)、标准化(Standardization)、满意(Satisfaction)、节约(Saving)的管理效果。将5S管理方法合理化的应用于乳腺甲状腺外科临床护理管理,不仅使得各个场所的清洁变得更有条理,同时也提高了医护人员的工作效率,使得整个科室的临床护理质量得到了显著提高。
