目的探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用组织芯片方法检测162例胃癌组织和32例癌旁组织中HIF-1α的表达;采用RT-PCR方法检测11例胃癌组织和12例胃正常组织中HIF-1αmRNA的表达水平。结果 HIF-1α在胃癌组织和癌旁组织中表达的阳性率分别为37.04%(60/162)和9.38%(3/32)(P<0.05);HIF-1α的表达与TNM分期、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。HIF-1αmRNA在胃癌组织和胃正常组织中的表达水平分别为(6.62±0.63)和(7.32±1.12)(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α在胃癌组织中高表达,并与胃癌的发生、发展及转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of hypoxia inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) and the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. Methods Tissue microarray was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α in 162 cases of gastric cancer and 32 cases of paracancerous tissues. The expression of HIF-1α mRNA in 11 cases of gastric carcinoma and 12 cases of gastric normal tissues was detected by RT-PCR. Results The positive rates of HIF-1α expression in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were 37.04% (60/162) and 9.38% (3/32), respectively (P <0.05). The positive rates of HIF- And lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression levels of HIF-1α mRNA in gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric tissues were (6.62 ± 0.63) and (7.32 ± 1.12), respectively (P <0.05). Conclusions HIF-1α is overexpressed in gastric cancer and closely related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of gastric cancer.
