中国农业发展银行日前发出《关于做好2001棉花年度棉花信贷管理工作的意见》,要求各级农发行认真贯彻落实全国棉花工作会议精神,积极支持和推动棉花流通体制改革,切实加强棉花收购资金封闭管理。
The Agricultural Development Bank of China recently issued the Opinions on Doing Well Cotton Cotton Credit Management in 2001 and urged all levels of the Agricultural Development Bank to earnestly implement the spirit of the National Cotton Work Conference and actively support and promote the reform of the cotton circulation system so as to effectively strengthen the capital closure of the cotton purchase management.
