积极“走出去”参与国际竞争是我国煤炭企业破解当前发展困境的有效途径。通过分析影响我国煤炭企业海外投资环境的因素,并根据评价指标体系的构建原则,构建了评价指标体系,为煤炭企业评估海外投资环境提供了参考依据。
Active “going out ” to participate in international competition is an effective way for our country’s coal enterprises to crack the current development dilemma. By analyzing the factors that affect the overseas investment environment of coal enterprises in our country and building the evaluation index system according to the construction principle of the evaluation index system, it provides a reference for coal enterprises to evaluate the overseas investment environment.
