本文根据离心泵基本理论,推导出导流壳特性方程式和叶轮特性方程式,阐明导流壳特性曲线的物理意义,详述了导流壳入口几何参数和叶轮出口几何参数对导流壳特性曲线和叶轮特性曲线的影响。提出了井泵最佳工况点的计算方法,并且论述了如何预测同一种叶轮在不同导流壳中和不同叶轮在同一个导流壳中的最佳工况点。最后通过对100JC/K10深井泵的叶轮和导流壳不同组合的性能试验曲线分析和验算,证实了前述理论的正确性。
According to the basic theory of centrifugal pump, this paper derives the equation of impeller shell characteristic equation and impeller characteristic equation, expounds the physical meaning of diversion shell characteristic curve, details the geometrical parameters of diversion shell impeller and geometry parameters of outlet impeller, Impeller characteristic curve.
