目的:探讨ICU肿瘤危急重症患者在严重感染后的综合护理管理对策。方法:随机将浙江省杭州市肿瘤医院收治并受到感染的ICU重症患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规的ICU感染护理,观察组接受综合护理模式护理,比较两组各项治疗总时间,对患者满意度进行调查。结果:观察组的感染消失、ICU治疗总时间、住院治疗总时间均显著低于对照组;观察组对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组。结论:对ICU危重症患者实施综合护理管理,可以有效促进患者康复进程,减少患者住院时间,减低患者的经济负担,提高患者满意度,增强医患之间的信任度。
Objective: To discuss the comprehensive nursing management countermeasure of severe acute infection in ICU patients after severe infection. Methods: The ICU critically ill patients who were treated and infected in Hangzhou Tumor Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were given conventional ICU infection care. The observation group received comprehensive nursing care. The total treatment time was compared between the two groups, and the patient satisfaction was investigated. Results: In the observation group, the infection disappeared, the total time of ICU treatment and the total duration of hospitalization were significantly lower than that of the control group. The satisfaction of nursing service in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing management of ICU critically ill patients can effectively promote the rehabilitation process, reduce hospitalization time, reduce the financial burden on patients, improve patient satisfaction and enhance the trust between doctors and patients.
