文章界定了公路基础设施供给模式的内涵,采用因果分析法从区域经济、经济效益、社会效益、市场成熟度和配套政策法规5个方面对影响公路基础设施供给模式选择的因素进行定性定量分析,建立了供给模式选择模型的评价指标体系。以沪苏浙高速公路江苏段项目为例,运用灰色关联评价法进行基础设施供给模式选择的实证分析,从而选出最优模式。
This article defines the connotation of the supply mode of highway infrastructure, and uses the causal analysis method to qualitative and quantitative analysis of the factors that affect the choice of supply mode of highway infrastructure from the five aspects of regional economy, economic benefits, social benefits, market maturity and supporting policies and regulations, Established the evaluation index system of supply mode selection model. Taking the project of Jiangsu section of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang Expressway as an example, this paper uses the gray relational assessment method to carry on the empirical analysis of the mode selection of infrastructure supply and chooses the optimal mode.
