以二丁基二月桂酸锡(DBTDL)为固化剂固化聚甲基苯基硅氧烷(GZ-1),通过凝胶化时间和拉伸强度测试,红外光谱和热重分析研究其固化机理及相关性能。结果表明,随DBTDL用量增加或温度升高,凝胶时间缩短。DBTDL中易水解的酯键与空气中的水进行水解,反应生成的—OH与聚硅氧烷中的—OCH3发生脱醇反应,生成Sn—O—Si键,最后交联固化。体系拉伸强度随DBTDL用量增加而降低。固化物具有良好的耐高温性能。
Poly (methylphenyl) siloxane (GZ-1) was cured with dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTDL) as curing agent and its curing mechanism was studied by gelation time and tensile strength test, IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis And related performance. The results show that, with increasing DBTDL dosage or temperature, gel time shortened. DBTDL easily hydrolyzed ester bond with water in the air hydrolysis, reaction-OH and polysiloxane -OCH3 dealcoholized reaction, generate Sn-O-Si bond, and finally crosslinking and curing. The tensile strength of the system decreases with the increase of DBTDL dosage. Cured products have good high temperature performance.
