目的:探讨温阳化瘀方对糖尿病周围神经病变模型大鼠糖代谢紊乱的影响。方法:取SPF级雄性大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、高脂高糖(模型)组、二甲双胍(降糖)组、立普妥(降脂)组、温阳化瘀方18g/kg、12g/kg、6g/kg剂量组。除正常对照组外,其他各组大鼠禁食12h,按60mg/kg剂量尾静脉一次性快速注射链佐菌素(STZ)制备动物模型,并于模型制作当日各给药组大鼠分别ig给予药物治疗,每日一次;同时,均以高脂高糖饲料喂养连续12周。其中降脂组给予立普妥1.25mg/kg,降糖组给予二甲双胍670mg/kg,试药剂量组分别给予温阳化瘀方浓缩液18 g/kg、12g/kg、6 g/kg。正常对照组、模型组给予同样量的生理盐水。每10d称量各组动物体重一次;给药最后一天眼球取血测定空腹血糖;颈动脉采血取血清,用酶联免疫吸附分析方法测定血清瘦素、胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数。结果:温阳化瘀方能降低糖尿病周围神经病变模型大鼠体重,能调节血糖水平,与模型组比较18g/kg、12g/kg、6g/kg剂量组有显著差异。其瘦素含量与模型组比较,均显示有非常显著性差异。能调节胰岛素水平,与模型组比较,均具有非常显著性差异。研究结果表明,本方最小有效剂量为6g/kg,其有效剂量范围是6g~18g/kg)。结论:温阳化瘀方对糖尿病周围神经病变所致体重增加有降低作用,对由此所致血糖、瘦素、胰岛素含量变化能调节到正常水平,提示温阳化瘀方对糖尿病周围神经病变所致糖代谢紊乱有调节糖代谢,治疗糖代谢障碍性疾病的作用。

Results: Wenyang Huayu decoction can reduce body weight of diabetic peripheral neuropathy rats and regulate blood glucose level. Compared with the model group, the rats of 18g / kg, 12g / kg and 6g / kg dose groups showed significant difference. The leptin content compared with the model group, showed a very significant difference. Can regulate insulin levels, compared with the model group, have very significant differences.
