探讨了用转轮流动模拟器评价原油降凝剂的效果和模拟输油管道输送添加降凝剂含蜡原油的工业性试验的可行性。试验结果表明,用转轮流动模拟器可以方便地测定不同加剂量下摩擦因子和原油视粘度随温度的变化曲线及管输温度界限等数据。
The feasibility of using the runner flow simulator to evaluate the effect of the crude oil pour point depressant and the industrial experiment to simulate the oil pipeline transporting the waxy crude oil with the pour point depressant were discussed. The experimental results show that the flow viscosity of the friction factor and the crude oil can be easily measured with the runner flow simulator as a function of the temperature and the pipeline temperature limit.
