针对铁路机械动力设备招标中存在的问题,提出了量化“可靠性”指标、赋予设备招标一定的灵活性等对策。
Aiming at the problems existing in bidding of railway mechanical power equipment, measures such as quantifying the “reliability” index and giving the equipment a certain degree of flexibility are proposed.
