介绍用CMOS数字电路实现的SCR软起动器,对软起动器的工作原理、电路组成作了详细的分析。实验结果表明,该起动器是交流电动机比较理想的软起动器。

This paper introduces the SCR soft starter realized by CMOS digital circuit, and gives a detailed analysis of the working principle and circuit composition of the soft starter. The experimental results show that the starter is an ideal AC motor soft starter.
