大生资本集团于1895年创建,是旧中国最大最老的资本集团之一。十九世纪末,大生集团创办人张謇提出了“实业救国”的纲领,开办大生企业。全国解放后,毛泽东同志同黄炎培、陈叔通先生谈到中国民族工业的发生发展过程时曾说:中国最早的民族轻工业,不要忘记南通的张謇。张謇(1853—1926)江苏南通人。1894年考中状元后,1895年以翰林院修撰身份,回到故乡创立大生资本集团,经过数年的努力,资本额达900万两银子,成为当时中外瞩目的企业家。
The Dasheng Capital Group was established in 1895 and is one of the oldest and oldest capital groups in old China. At the end of the 19th century, Zhang Jian, the founder of Dasheng Group, put forward the program of “save the country by industry” and set up a large enterprise. After the liberation of the country, when Comrade Mao Zedong spoke with Huang Yanpei and Chen Shutong about the development process of Chinese national industry, he once said: China’s earliest national light industry should not forget Nan Zhang’s Zhang Jian. Zhang Tong (1853-1926) was a native of Nantong, Jiangsu. In 1894, after winning the championship in 1894, he returned to his hometown to establish the Dasheng Capital Group in his capacity as a native of Hanlin Academy. After years of hard work, his capital amounted to 9 million yuan and two silver coins, becoming an entrepreneur of great concern both at home and abroad.
