通过改变超塑化剂种类(聚羧酸、萘系塑化剂),测定水泥(掺加不同种类助磨剂磨制)浆体的自由水量与流变特性,并运用新拌水泥浆体多级絮凝结构理论解释水泥助磨剂对超塑化剂与水泥相容性的影响规律.研究结果表明:使用粉体助磨剂、传统液体助磨剂磨制水泥的流动度小,自由水量少,触变环面积大,对超塑化剂与水泥的相容性有不利影响,而使用合成高分子助磨剂磨制水泥的流动度大,自由水量多,触变环面积小,改善了PC与水泥的相容性.
