目的:深入分析胎儿肢体和手足畸形在产前超声诊断及图像中的特征。方法:运用连续顺序追踪超声法回归性分析在2013年1月-2014年1月来进修时的某三甲妇女儿童医院接受产前超声诊断的孕妇4000例,检查胎儿上下肢和手足畸形的程度,而且还要对胎儿的运动状态、基本形态、整体的结构进行细致的观察,进而根据产前超声诊断和图像对比产后,分析胎儿肢体和手足畸形的情况。结果:运用连续顺序追踪超声法检测出的胎儿肢体畸形是100例,在肢体畸形的胎儿中手足畸形的有25例,产前超声图像特点是:裂手裂足畸形是12例,超声显示两个手(足)粗大,两个手(足)从掌心分裂;足内翻是13例,超声图像显示胎儿足底内收,发现不随胎动的变化而变化;胎儿骨质发育不全的有70例,产前超声图像特点:四肢短小畸形25例;前臂缺失25例,超声可见胎儿前臂和手缺失;股骨和肱骨发育不健全20例,超声显示股骨和肱骨短小;染色体检查发现在100例肢体畸形的胎儿有5例染色体出现异常,检查结果发现手足畸形的比例高于肢体畸形胎儿比例。结论:目前为止产前超声筛查是孕检必不可少的手段,运用连续顺序追踪超声法和超声成像系统相结合可以帮助产妇及早发现胎儿畸形的情况。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics of fetus limbs and hand-foot deformities in prenatal ultrasound diagnosis and imaging. Methods: A retrospective analysis of continuous sequence-based ultrasound was performed in 4,000 pregnant women who received prenatal ultrasound in a third-grade women’s and children’s hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 to investigate the extent of fetal upper and lower limbs and hand-foot deformities. But also the fetus’s movement status, the basic form, the overall structure of a detailed observation, and then according to prenatal ultrasound diagnosis and image contrast postpartum, analysis of fetal limbs and hand-foot deformities. Results: The fetal limb deformity detected by serial sequential ultrasound was 100 cases, 25 cases of hand-foot deformity in fetus with limb deformity. The features of prenatal ultrasound images were: A hand (foot) thick, two hands (feet) split from the palm; foot varus is 13 cases, fetal ultrasound display fetal adduction found no change with fetal changes; 70 cases of fetal bone hypoplasia , Prenatal ultrasound image features: 25 cases of short limb deformities; forearm missing 25 cases, fetal forearm and hand can be seen by ultrasound missing; 20 cases of incomplete development of the femur and humerus, ultrasound showed short femur and humerus; chromosome examination found 100 cases of limb deformity Of the fetus has 5 cases of chromosomal abnormalities, the test results showed that the proportion of hand-foot deformities than the proportion of malformation fetus. Conclusion: So far, prenatal ultrasound screening is an indispensable means of pregnancy test. The combination of sequential sequential ultrasound and ultrasound imaging system can help maternal early detection of fetal malformations.
