旅游专业具有很强的应用性和行业指向性,特别注重学生实践与动手能力的培养,为此,就更需要旅游专业的教师做到理论知识与实践经验相结合,不仅是“坐而论道”的理论讲授者,更是“做而论道”的实践示范者,要做到“君子动口又动手”。旅游专业“双师型”教师的培养,在内修外习,强根固本的同时,要以一种开放的姿态,走专兼结合、校企结合、培养与引进结合之路。
