以盆栽驱蚊香草的带腋芽茎段为材料,通过无菌操作得到其试管苗,然后通过正交试验设计,以驱蚊香草的株高、茎粗、叶片数、生根数和根长为考察指标,研究光照时间、光照强度、温度、pH值、蔗糖浓度、吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)浓度和吲哚-3-丁酸(IBA)浓度对驱蚊香草试管苗快繁的影响。结果表明其试管苗的最佳快繁条件为:光照时间、光照强度、温度、pH值、蔗糖浓度、IAA浓度、IBA浓度分别为16 h/d、1 800 lx、27℃、5.8、2.5%、0.2 mg/L、0.05 mg/L。
Taking the axillary bud stem of potted insect repellent vanilla as material, the test tube seedlings were obtained by aseptic operation. Then, the plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, root number and root length of insect repellent vanilla were investigated by orthogonal design The effects of light time, light intensity, temperature, pH value, sucrose concentration, IAA concentration and IBA concentration on the multiplication of IVF plantlets were studied. The results showed that the best conditions for rapid propagation of in vitro plantlets were as follows: illumination time, light intensity, temperature, pH value, sucrose concentration, IAA concentration and IBA concentration were 16 h / d, 18 800 lx, 27 ℃, 5.8, 2.5% , 0.2 mg / L, 0.05 mg / L.
