工业4.0和“互联网+”的背景不断改变着中国企业运营的内外部环境,在激烈的竞争中,人的作用越来越突出。企业发展、技术进步不仅需要物质资本、人力资本发挥作用,更需要社会资本和心理资本的支持。本文在分析了心理资本的含义基础上,比较了人力资本与社会资本、心理资本的差异,进一步探讨心理资本与战略人力资源管理的关系,并提出开发心理资本的途径以提高战略人力资本管理效率。
The background of Industry 4.0 and “Internet + ” has continuously changed the internal and external environment for the operation of Chinese enterprises. In the fierce competition, people’s role is becoming more and more prominent. Enterprise development, technological progress need not only physical capital, human capital play a role, but also the support of social capital and psychological capital. Based on the analysis of the meaning of psychological capital, this paper compares the differences between human capital and social capital and psychological capital, further discusses the relationship between psychological capital and strategic human resource management, and puts forward ways to develop psychological capital to improve the efficiency of strategic human capital management .
