目的回顾性分析贵港市某中学一起感染性腹泻暴发疫情的病因及防控措施,为今后处理类似疫情提供经验。方法按病例定义开展病例搜索和个案调查,描述疾病流行病学特证,现场进行卫生学调查,抽取食堂留样食品,水样本,患者血样、肛试子进行病原学及卫生学检测,分析可疑的暴露因素,采取相应的防控措施。结果按照病例定义判定,2014年6月7日至9日共发生病例26例,临床主要表现为腹泻,伴呕吐、腹痛、发热等症状。总罹患率为3.1%(26/843),其中男性罹患率为3.8%(13/342),女性罹患率为2.6%(13/501)。调查发现食堂食品加工过程中有交叉污染环节;患者肛试子检出诺如病毒。结论该起疫情为诺如病毒感染引起的食源性腹泻暴发疫情,建议相关部门加强对学校食堂卫生监管,加强从业人员健康体检,避免类似事件再发生。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the etiology and prevention and control measures of an outbreak of infectious diarrhea in a high school in Guigang and provide experience for handling similar epidemic in the future. Methods According to the case definition, case search and case investigation were carried out to describe the epidemiological characteristics of disease, conduct on-site hygiene survey, take food samples left in the canteen, water samples, blood samples of patients and anal samples for pathogenic and hygiene tests, The exposure factors, take appropriate prevention and control measures. Results According to the definition of the case, 26 cases were reported from June 7 to June 9, 2014. The main clinical manifestations were diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain and fever. The total attack rate was 3.1% (26/843), of which, the incidence of males was 3.8% (13/342) and that of females was 2.6% (13/501). The survey found that there was cross-contamination in the canteen food processing process; the patient’s anal test detected norovirus. Conclusions This outbreak is an outbreak of food-borne diarrhea caused by Norovirus infection. It is suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen the supervision over the health of school canteens and strengthen the physical examination of practitioners so as to prevent recurrence of similar incidents.
