内皮细胞在再狭窄形成过程中的作用越来越受到重视 ,内皮细胞完整性的破坏及功能紊乱与内膜增殖及血管重塑有密切的关系。内皮细胞移植能替代、修复受损内皮的功能并抑制内膜过度增生。本文就内皮细胞种植预防支架内再狭窄的相关研究作一综述。
Endothelial cells in the process of restenosis more and more attention to the role of the destruction of endothelial cell integrity and dysfunction and intima proliferation and vascular remodeling are closely related. Endothelial cell transplantation can replace, repair damaged endothelial function and inhibit endometrial hyperplasia. This review summarizes the related studies on the prevention of in-stent restenosis by endothelial cell implantation.
