作为国有资产存量最多,以及新增投资巨大的行业,电力部门面临着完善现代企业制度,建立合理的企业财务治理结构体系等艰巨任务。而电力行业财务治理结构体系的完善是一个涉及诸多方面的系统工程,它会牵涉到政治、经济、社会、法律等等方面的问题。本文对我国电力企业财务治理结构体系的完善提出几点看法和建议。
As the industry with the largest stock of state-owned assets and the huge investment in new industries, the power sector is facing the arduous task of perfecting the modern enterprise system and establishing a reasonable corporate financial governance structure. The perfection of the power industry financial governance structure system is a systematic project involving many aspects, which will involve political, economic, social, legal and other issues. This article gives some opinions and suggestions on how to perfect the structure of financial governance in China’s electric power enterprises.
