SDPR-2016-0230008鲁卫政法发[2016]2号各市卫生计生委:《山东省人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改〈山东省人口与计划生育条例〉的决定》已由山东省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第十八次会议于2016年1月22日通过,并公布施行。为确保法制统一,《山东省卫生和计划生育委员会关于实施单独两孩政策等问题的通知》(鲁卫政法字[2014]13号)自2016年1月22日起废止。特此通知。
