Neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia (NAIT) is one of the major causes of neonatal severe thrombocytopenia and full-term intracranial hemorrhage. This article focuses on the pathogenesis of NAIT, clinical features, auxiliary examination, diagnosis and intervention and treatment.
